At The White Horse Inn we have a passion for Real Ales and take great care to ensure they are served in the best condition. As part of the Joule’s Brewery estate we are proud to serve all three of their ales.
Currently available are:
Joule’s Pale Ale (4.1% ABV) Brewed with a blend of crystal malt providing a biscuity base and tipple malt providing a malty sweet caramel flavour. The crisp, clear finish is provided by our local mineral water. A special blend of hop flower gives the fruity, well rounded bitterness and slightly spicy aroma. From Joule’s.
Slumbering Monk (4.5% ABV) Full bodied with malty and nutty fullness, hints of caramel giving it a round, soft, satisfying smoothness. From Joule’s.
Blonde (3.8% ABV) Blonde is best served slighter colder than our ales and is a continentally inspired blonde beer, light delicate, hoppy, subtle, at 3.8% still very satisfying. From Joule’s.
